Meet the Directors
James Vincent
Director
James has 28 years’ experience in Defence ICT across operations, capability delivery and program leadership, including service with the Royal Australian Corps of Signals. He has led program and project delivery at Army’s Land Network Integration Centre, completed an industry secondment with ICON Water on asset management and the security of its control systems, and now provides independent technical assurance on major Defence digital capability programs. James holds master’s degrees in Systems Engineering and Cyber Security Operations from UNSW and is a Certified Practising Project Manager.
Tim Boldeman
Director
Tim brings more than 15 years of service as an Australian Army officer, including command and senior staff appointments and operational deployments, together with consulting experience at KPMG and EY. He specialises in program and project management, risk and compliance, and operational resilience, including Security of Critical Infrastructure Act engagements for asset-intensive industries. Tim holds an MBA from the University of Queensland and a master’s degree in Military and Defence Studies from ANU, and is currently completing a Master of Systems Engineering at UNSW.
Ty Cantwell, CSM
Director
Ty has 28 years’ experience in cyberspace operations, telecommunications systems engineering and capability management across Defence, delivering communications systems from concept and requirements through acquisition, in-service support and disposal. He has been technical lead on major Army communications and network programs, and was awarded the Conspicuous Service Medal for his technical and management contribution to military operations. Ty holds an Advanced Diploma of Telecommunications Engineering and a certificate in model-based systems engineering from MIT.
